High Twist Merino Silk Fingering

This base is our version of a sock yarn, but extra. The Merino wool is untreated and the mulberry silk provides the strength. At 19.5 micron this yarn is not only warm, but also sumptuously soft to the touch for all your next to skin woollens. The silk bestows a shiny smooth lustre that feels soft and luxurious to work with. This base will be your new favourite sock yarn that your hands will not be able to resist.

Our yarn is museling free and reverently hand-dyed in Victoria BC/Lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen) Territory by yours truly. 

 *Hand dyed skeins may vary slightly both between and within dye lots, therefore, we recommend alternating skeins when knitting a multi-skein project.
