Shipping policy

Free (with tracking) shipping options are offered on all orders over $200 (prior to applicable taxes) within Canada & the USA. 

Shipments to the US may include free shipping, but does not include duty/customs fees on our non CUSMA certified products.

Shipments to the EU do not include VAT or IOSS and may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and customs/carriers handling fees. These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. You may be contacted by the carrier or customs authority for payment prior to delivery. 

Ready to sell items will ship from our studio in Victoria, BC, Canada on the 15th & 30th of each month, unless otherwise stated (like dye to order or pre-orders). We ship via various carriers such as Canada Post/USPS/FedEx/UPS, ChitChats, etc. We will provide a shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package shipped if multiple shipments are made. 

Pre-orders will be filled within the the stated time frame for that pre-order product run. If there are above normal volumes that prevent us from meeting this obligation you will be notified via email. We try our best with the small operation we run!

Expected Delivery is 5-10 Business Days (about 1 to 2 weeks) from shipping date.

Please note that delivery times to our US and EU customers may vary depending on the destination and customs processes. All deliveries are subject to delays during high volume times of year such as November-January.  We are at the mercy of our shipper's delivery timing in these circumstances and have no control over their delivery times. If you are planning to have something for a certain date please keep this in mind and plan accordingly. 

Some of our yarn may arrive vacuum packed. If so, please carefully open the package and the allow your yarn to breathe and plump before casting it on for your next WIP!
