Política de reembolso

First and foremost if you are not happy with your purchase, whatever the issue, please reach out here via our contact form, or on any of our socials. We will do  our best to reply to you and resolve the issue in as timely a manner as possible.  

Now for the legal:

Returns are subject to approval and are limited to a 30 day window from purchase date.

Please contact us via our contact form or any socials if there is an issue with your purchase so we may discuss the correct method needed in order to settle the dispute.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. Unless otherwise approved by CopperSpoon Dye Co. The cost of returning the item(s) is at the responsibility of the purchaser. Any additional shipping costs that were incurred at time of purchase are non-refundable. A credit will be sent once we receive the product in our studio and all previous conditions have been met. If you are returning item(s) from outside Canada  and customs charges are incurred by CopperSpoon Dye Co., these cost will be deducted from the original purchase amount. We are happy to provide evidence of such costs. All refunds are calculated in Canadian funds.

Any items not returned in their original condition or after the 30 day window will not be credited. Please contact us before shipping your item back. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days of notice please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $60, we recommend  using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
